To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, our whole school took part in a very special live assembly with Joe Wicks—joining over 1 million children from across the country!

The session included a fun (and challenging!) workout that got everyone moving and energised. Alongside the exercise, we also talked about the importance of staying active and how physical activity can help support our mental health and wellbeing.

It was a fantastic opportunity for the children to learn about healthy habits in an engaging and inspiring way, while also sharing the experience with schools across the UK.

Well done to everyone for taking part with such enthusiasm—you did an amazing job!
