Today, the whole school visited Hamsterley Forest which was in line with our topic.
Nursery to Year 2 hunted for dragons, built dragon dens and created dragon potions. They had a whale of a time at the adventure playgrounds in the afternoon.
Year 3 to Year 6 went for a walk to look at the forest and see the nutrient cycle in action. In the afternoon they built models of the rainforest and had great fun making dens.
